Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Tournament Hockey

Fees are non-refundable, with the exception of extraordinary circumstances, to be approved by program leadership at their discretion.

Recreational Leagues

Registration fees are non-refundable except for extraordinary circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Spring Tournament Registration

No payment is currently due at this time. Teams will be automatically charged for the full tournament entry fee on March 20, 2026. Once the entry fee is paid, it will be non-refundable unless you find a new team to take your place and pay the full fee.
